Where did my profit's go or stock?

I tried selling my CARS2 stocke, it looked successfull because I had over 145, 000 in profit in my account last night when I left.  Tonight I went back to my account, there were no profit, so checking my trading, it said that it had been denied.  So where nis my CARS2 stock?  Can someone please help me.
