Random and unpredictable, anytime btw 1200 and 4 AM. It would take away the undue advantage to the reset traders and be more fair to all... {nm} Rocket123 aka PVL Admin Apr 26, 09:26

I've previously suggested that all price changes be for the last 24 hours rather than since a fixed time. DTravel Apr 26, 11:29
