HSX updates the starbond photos as they adjust and/or get attached to new projects...
The starbonds with (really) old photos (and/or bad photos) are usually the starbonds that have not had much activity recently so they have not passed by the eyes of HSX.
There are alot of out of date photos still out there and hopefully they will get updated (as needed).

TSKERR starbond photo is from 1985 around the time he was in Top Gun (shown below with same haircut) (30 years ago).
