It seems rather complicated. A "forced due date" for repayment sounds like a good way to tee off Traders who miscalculated or misunderstood the situation. It's also strikes me that anyone who doesn't do this would be at a competitive disadvantage - getting it balanced and preventing abuse look tricky to me.

But thank you for your suggestion and don't let this discourage you from sharing any other ideas you might have.
