The inactivity fee is bull****. 30 days! Are you ****ing kidding?!?

30 days is not a long time for inactivity. And if you have truly dormant accounts (6 months?), automate an email to those accounts informing them they will be deactivated in 30 days. This inactivity fee is total nonsense.
