A user logged in and was taken to my port

I received an email tonight from another user telling me that they logged into, but were taken to my portfolio instead of theirs. Even gave screenshots of my port and account info. I had been using my account earlier, so I went back on and sure enough I was now logged in as the other user. Any ideas what could have caused this?
