Making it easier to follow the Forum ---> More Activity, bigger community
Could you please consider adding some functions to the forum over the time as those you find at facebook and youtube these days..
1. For example the "Thumbs up" for posts that people like and is really worth reading.
2. OR giving you a notice on the profile page when people have been commenting on your posts so you do not need to go check the forum every time on every post you made to see whatever people had to say.. its annoying and time consuming which results in people like me spend less time on the forum unless I have a very chill sunday ahead of me...
3. Making a rating system on the different leauges based on activity as in trading or chats (networking). There are so many leagues filled with people where the majoroties are not active at all.. and you end up playing against yourself.. which is ironic as leagues are made for people to play against others or people with common interests to network...
