Generally there are 2 types of penny stocks. There are indies, perhaps shown at festivals, which are then picked up and released. If you
remember the "good old days" these used to be IPO'd at 4.00 and rarely delisted at that amount. At the present time they are IPO'ed at 2.00 and some make that amount.
Then there are those that drop down to penny status. They all started out as (wide?) good ideas, and many are in developement hell.
I would prefer to let them sit, rather than delist more movies like LEGND and then have them re-IPO at 25 or 30, rather than being able to ride the eleveator all the way up to the sky lobby.
