Michael Douglas stars in the psychological thriller Don't Say A Word, adapted from the novel by Andrew Klavan which won the 1992 Edgar Award for best novel. The story is about a New York psychiatrist (Michael Douglas), who must extract a piece of information from a psychiatric patient in order to save his kidnapped daughter. Brittany Murphy is the patient while Sean Bean is the kidnapper. Gary Fleder directs from a script by Tony Peckman. Anne and Arnold Kopelson will be assuming production duties for New Regency Films and 20th Century Fox.
