Description

When a billionaire's son dies in a skid row hotel it is up to a federal agent to determine why the son was there and how he died.

Feeling pressure from the wealthy father the agent upends the lives of the motley group of residents that consider the hotel home.

Million Dollar Hotel, co-written by U2 lead singer Bono, is directed by Wim Wenders whose recent efforts included Wings of Desire, Until the End of the World, and Buena Vista Social Club.
