Description

Nick Chen, an otherwise good police officer, finds himself under the influence of Chinese gangsters. He is assigned a rookie as his new partner, and although appearing to go along with his corruption, this rookie is really an Internal Affairs officer investigating his partner. These two good cops with opposing interests must now band together to fight the Corruptor, Chinatown's most abominable crimelord, and crumble his organization.
