Description

The thriller Echelon Conspiracy is set in a world where all communications are monitored. Shane West plays a man who gets a hold of the phone that can bypass all surveillance. He now must keep it from a multitude of people who want to get their hands on it. Edward Burns, Ving Rhames and Martin Sheen co-starred in the film Greg Marcks directed with a script by Kevin Elders and Michael Nitsberg.
