Description

The premise of this movie revolves around a woman's discovery of a strange reel of film in the vault of her dead husband. She enlists the help of a private detective (Nicolas Cage) to determine the origins of this film. The detective, in turn, recruits a tour guide to lead him through the seedy depths of the community in a search of answers for his client.
