Description

George Clooney co-writes, directs and stars in Goodnight and Good Luck. The black and white film chronicles broadcaster Edward R. Murrow’s campaign to bring down Senator Joseph McCarthy, who wrongfully blacklisted many people as Communists, thereby ruining their lives and careers. David Strathairn plays Murrow, while Clooney plays Murrow's producer Fred Friendly.
