Description

Set to the music of the 1960s, The Music Never Stopped chronicles the relationship between a father and a son, played respectively by J.K. Simmons and Lou Taylor Pucci. After brain surgery prevents the son from creating new memories, the father seek out a music therapist to help in the rehabilitation. Jim Kohlberg directed from Gwyn Lurie's adaptation of the essay "The Last Hippie" by Dr. Oliver Sacks, M.D..
