Described as "Rocky in curlers" by the Warner Bros. Web site, The Big Tease chronicles hair auteur Crawford McKenzie, the finest stylist in all of Glasgow.
When Crawford receives what he thinks is an invitation to the World Freestyle Hairdressing Championship, he packs his up scissors and mousse and travels to Los Angeles.
Once in California, however, Crawford discovers that he has only been invited as a guest, and not a participant.
Crawford shrugs off this small technicality, and becomes determined to make an impact in the competition.
The Big Tease stars Craig Ferguson as the inimitable Scot hairstylist, and also features Frances Fisher, Mary McCormack, and Donal Logue.
Furguson co-wrote the film, which is directed by Kevin Allen.
