Jean-Claude Van Damme (JCVAN) has decided to reprise his role from the popular "Universal Soldier" from 1992. Luc Deveraux is a technical expert helping the government develop their Universal Soldier training program. The computer that controls the perfect warriors goes haywire and it is up to imperfect human Van Damme to beat the computer at its diabolical scheme. Heidi Schanz, who played Vivien in "The Truman Show" will play in the film as well as cable exercise queen Kianna Tom. Michael Jai White ("Spawn") will play the computer that Van Damme has to fight.
