First trailer for Blue Bayou

Focus Features has released the official trailer for the drama Blue Bayou [BLUBU] written and directed by Justin Chon [JCHON] who also stars in the lead role as a Korean adoptee raised in a small town in the Louisiana.  He discovers that his adoptive parents never applied for his U.S. citizenship and now he could be deported for his prior criminal conviction. He must fight to stay with his family in the only country he's ever known.  Alicia Vikander [AVIKA] co-stars as his wife.    After premiering at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, Blue Bayou will open wide in theaters on September 17th.
