If that is the case, the adjust is usually delayed from Sunday to Monday (and StarBonds from Tuesday to Wednesday), so the weekend is 4 days (Fri-Mon), instead of 3. MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day are the usual Monday holidays.
