Roughly 20 percent of current holdings of the Pirates of the Carribean 4 opening weekend puts are shorts. This seems to reflect lunacy from
from the risk-reward perspective. Can someone explain why anyone would short an opening weekend put or call pegged at 90? Assuming that open-ended risk for a shot at two bucks per option? For anything pegged above 50 or so, I buy both ends and figure the divergence is likely to be my friend, with relatively low exposure. But I can't figure the short reasoning. Can anyone illuminate this point?

if I am confident in a movie vis-a-vis the call/put numbers, e,g, FFUR5 or JUMPB, I short put & long call May 12, 09:40
