there would  be a new system. 

BW's will now be issued year round.  The minimum strke will be H$100 so no more of those 70 delisting at zero.

By issuing them later, the strike is not locked in a month ahead.  In some cases, the BW will be issued after the movie has opened and shown that it would deserve the warrant.  Example:  THELP would not have qualified before opening but THELP.BW would have been issued after the second weekend.

I can only suggest that you consult the Calender
