The Port Value League is a series of leagues that allow a player to compare and compete with a portfolio value of 10 million dollars, all the way through to 2.5 billion dollars. The "competition" is broken down into 9 "stages" of development to ensure that the % gains each month are comparable from player to player. Once a player completes a stage, they are "graduated" and may join the next level...and so on...until they are 2.5 billionaires. More information is on league pages. (aside: current leagues only go to 2.5 billion. We have 2 graduates at that level who are looking for 2.5-3.5 billionaires to join them so they can be in a higher league. If you are a billionaire of 2.5-3.5 BIL and wish to form the next higher PVL level, join the 1.5-2.5 BIL league and when I have 3 more BILs I will make the next league level)
