Generally, the prices of lower value securities move in increments of .13 (1/8 of a H$).....
The minumum price depends upon the original price. If there was an IPO of 5, there are 38 increments of .13, with a remainder of .06.
If the IPO was 2.00 (like many indy movies) , there are 15 increments of .13, with a remainder of .05.
IPO of 4.00 there are 30 increments of .13, with a remainder of .10
.....and so on.
The minimum price is anywhere from .01 to .13
It can never go below zero, so for some minimal securities, going long at .06 will bounce up at some point (auto sell/short at .07) and you get to make .13 in each direction.

i believe all the 6 cent blockbuster warrants went to 13 cents the day v4 started, so maybe you are right! {nm} Jun 29, 11:57
