Question about Starbonds and official adjusts...

I think I understand correctly: TAGS for Starbonds adjust after four weekends for wide releases and 12 weekends after limited releases. But how often, or even when can you tell who will be officially adjusted to adjust to their actual TAG? Is it immediately after four weekends/12 weekends (depending if wide of limited releases) on a predetermined timeline on weekly (or however often) official Starbond adjusts that move the price to match their TAG?
