1. Started with Dark Knight Rises weekend.

2. Near every weekend since has had large IPO.

3. As traders leapfrogged to each IPO there was a continual selling of the stocks used to free up capital from first few IPOs.

4. "September Selloff" psychology has also been at work.

5. Figure within 2-3 weeks should be sorted out and will create reversal gain opportunities.
