I have a question about trading things after they are adjusted... see inside.

ok, so, lets say that after a weekend, certain stocks adjust and I feel as if I can safely assume people are going to sell the stock to earn the profit from the adjust. will that mean that the stock will most likely decrease in price the following day (because everyone is getting rid of the stock to make profit off the change?)

 

I know someone brought something up about reshorting stocks after delist and I am just wondering if this is why.

If traders (on average) sell or short a stock, the price will decrease - so yes, if you think traders are going to sell/short, you can get RogerMore Oct 25, 16:53
