once stocks adjust, they will drop in price, NOT always, but most of the time. I've found that the higher a stock is priced, the more it may drop after adjust. It's not unusual for a stock prices $100+ to drop 8-10 points or more...just depends.

You can take advantage of these price movements, but remember to factor in commissions as well.

If traders (on average) sell or short a stock, the price will decrease - so yes, if you think traders are going to sell/short, you can get RogerMore Oct 25, 16:53
