CAINE can trade in the eligible starbonds all the time, but only in those moviestocks that an eligible starbond is already attached to.

However, my strategy for the fund though is to invest in moviestocks that are being released in the next month or two and I rarely day-trade in the fund, so it's not an issue that has come up often. YMMV.
