The first is that 'Star Trek' has added +27 MILL since Delist adding some 5.40 to the Tag.
The second is exactly what DTravel said - his next Adjust is not until mid-November which is quite a ways off to tie up a significant amount of Invesment, especially for Non-Billionaire Ports. Generally, better Rates of Return can be found before picking up that Invesment much closer to the next Adjust Date.
