Curiosity about TV stocks
Very new player here. I bought just a handful of shares of "Sleepy Hollow" [SLEPYH], but ended up wishing I'd invested a lot more, as the show was, I think, the first new one to receive a full-season order and be renewed for Season Two. To my surprise, though, the stock fell sharply after that announcement. This makes me think I don't understand something key about the TV derivatives. Is "Sleepy Hollow" not going to cash out at a full-season order, i.e. $22? Would like to know because I've got a lot more sunk in some other shows!

SLEPYH was renewed - but instead of ordering another 9 episodes for this season, Fox ordered 13 episodes for next season Oct 05, 04:48
