Not really the whole picture, IMO.

People that buy an IPO expect quick profit, usually. When it doesn't happen, they sell. Also, it's a development stage stock. There are market forces at work on movies in this stage. By this stage, I mean: no news, not much attached, nothing likely to happen with the project any time soon. As I describe it, does it sound like a good investment to you at IPO-like prices?
