Time Which Staronds Adjust..

 Please forgive me if this quiestion was asked before. 

 

I have.. quite a few starbonds, that are supposed to adjust dramtically upward today,. and was wondering what time this will happen?   Do I have to wait until midnight Pacific, or does it happen during the day?   I'm asking beecaise when they do adjust, my portfoilio should rise dramatically, and I want to make sure I sell them and get the cash, before they might drop.  Thanks.
