The objective as a new player/portfolio is to make money quick. Turn things over and go for more quick money to build up the cash you have to work with. So what is a save and pretty sure fire way to do that without losing your tail feathers?
StarBonds is a a no brainer and guaranteed money. You want short term investments that are going to make you cash. By short term, 3 or less months in holding a StarBond or MovieStock. Right now there are some good upcoming fast money opportunities. Shorting JMARS is a quick and easy one and there are lots more. For StarBonds I like using these two websites.

Another quick way to gain quick cash is to invest in Limited MovieFunds. They will IPO like at $2.00 or $4.00. They are cheap. You buy them Short at IPO and then just a little less than half price you Cover them. Example. You buys Short (XYZ) MovieFund at IPO. When it drops to between $0.85 to $0.95 you Cover it and take your profit. Then wash, rinse and repeat doing this over and over. Your bank account will grow.
Those are a couple of quick tips I have to share. There are many more and lots of different stategies to use, this is just one of them. You have to find the one that works best for you.
