Peanuts did $13.2m this weekend.  Of course the big difference is that Peanuts has much stiffer competition in Good Dinosaur this weekend.  Still, Megamind had Tangled to deal with and still managed 1.3 so the low end of 1.2X seems pretty easy IMO.

Delist at H$115 or more, probably 116.5
