also im new but i can give you stuff that helped me
one thing i found is some people on game are not smart try to look for automatic money that is the only time i think you can hold for awile. like avatar it has a domestic of around 601 yet the holiday warrnt is only priced at 300 which the original bet was 200 so 500 mil so if you buy 10 k shares by february 16th you will at least have 100*10000=1000000. But allot of options that arnt normal like awards look for when you win it that it would cash out lower then the price it is currently at. Though i got up pretty fast im a little stuck with making all my money invested.
also last point go here http://boxofficemojo.com/daily/chart/?sortdate=2010-02-03&p=.htm you can navigate site i usally click on daily then calender index and recent date you can find out before a movie updates after the weekand how much it has made. just be careful of when it says estimates in parenthesis.
