These leagues are for anyone who has a port size equal to that stated in the league title. The idea is for percentage gains to be more comparable and for tips/strategies to be more useful for members.
When a large difference exists between port sizes, strategies and buying power is so disconnected that not everyone can benefit from the advice/comments posted. If everyone has a similar port size, then all information exchanged is useful and will result in higher percentage gains for all.
Resets will be monthly.
