Curious... is there a count on the # of actual seats available in theaters now? 3 of my local theater went deluxe and lost 75% of the seats

With that many less seats I think the box office will head a downward trend.

The seats now are so soft and have poor support too that my elderly parents don't enjoy them, they can't recline properly in them due to medical issues and they're so low they can't get up from them easily..

The don't visit the theaters that much either now.

I doubt they are alone.
