News about the director was posted on the Movies forum on Wednesday at 15:44 PST. At that point, the price was H$1.71 per share. An hour later it was H$4.74. I think it's clear that everyone bought on the news. Even then, you could've bought and made huge profits. You could've bought again a day later and still made a larger profit than you have in your entire port since inception. So no, you didn't have to know beforehand, just like no one else here did. You read the news and then buy. Huge gains. Then sell when you think it has topped. It's not a difficult concept to grasp. 

If you want to play it safe forever and keep all your money in cash, that's fine then. Enjoy spending 10 years to get to H$174m like NeilSite. 

I never, ever claimed to own CLEOP. Again, you are plain wrong. I myself actually missed the boat on CLEOP, but I'm not here whining about it. The news was public and available to everyone, I just missed it. 

 

I find it hard to believe you make any "real" money if you're so terrible at this game. Why are you trying to convince us you are a good trader? If we're so awful, then our opinion shouldn't matter to you.
