If you play by the rule of shorting all available MSTs, what decision-making are you talking of?
If, your rule proves right, as I suppose it does:
1) it's useful only for the handful of player who can short ALL the available MSTs (only by doing so you could compensate for the loss of shorting market hits such as IT1)
2) What's the thrill of playing this game with such a monotonous rule? (Even if it works!) Ok, you made it to billionaire, by doing always the same. Great way of spending you playing time!
