The statement you are referring to has to do with
how the TAG's are adjusted WHEN a particular movie the star is in when the movie cashes out.
The 2nd part of that statement refers to what happens if an actor dies, the star bond cashes out at current TAG. This prevent prevents traders from taking advantage of an actor's death by shorting their bond, hoping that the price drops when others realize this as well...
It used to be that those star bonds delisted at zero when an actor died, but HSX stopped this (I believe) to prevent people from profiting at an actor's death with star bonds.
I think I read where if a Starbond has 5 or less movies, you don't count the first one for their TAG, is this true? {nm} Apr 29, 07:23
