What happens with (SOUL) Dec 1 PUT?

Will it delist at $60 as it didn't get released for 60+ days post the aforementioned date or at $0 as it never gets released (only VoD in March)?
You can understand the conundrum as its two absolutely extreme outcomes depending on subjective judgement of the powers that be.
