Mostly ZBO are a subset of inactive Moviestocks but yes, there is a difference.
ZBO's are almost always limited releases and as I mentioned the Starbonds are detached one week before they delist, when it is clear they are not going to report any box office. At that point they effectively become irrelevant as far as Starbond TAGs are concerned as they are no longer being included in them.
(I'm not aware of any wide releases that were ZBO. That doesn't mean there aren't any, just that they are very rare.)
