Arent there a few players who aim to get the biggest negative port?

And unless I'm mistaken, if your port is negative, and you have no cash on hand, you can't actually make any trades?

Wouldn't that make trying to get a high negative port actually a very skill heavy thing to do?

If I'm right, all you need to do is make the delist requirement for this kind of fund not 0$, but rather -100$
