Question on Nominoptions

Let's say I short a Nominoption at $5 a share and the person doesn't get nominated. It cashes out at zero and I get $5 a share correct? Also, if more people have shares held long than short, does that mean the price will go up after initial $5? I'd appreciate any help, I'm a noob. Thanks!
