Issue:  It's tough to measure one's percentage gains per day/week/month when it is being compared to ports of dissimilar size (like on the HSX leaderboard). 

Concept:  If everyone has a similar port size, percentage gains are comparable.  This is what the PVL series achieves.  Comparable port size comparison = fair competition.  (187 members in 7 levels agree)

If you are ready to measure your progress against other players of similar port size then these are the leagues for YOU! 

 

Resets are monthly and %gain winners are published in League overview.

ANYONE can join, but players are screened ONLY to ensure they meet the PVL port size for a particular league.  If they do, they're in.  If they don't, they're not.
