WHY smaller ports should NOT invest in movies that are far out from release (like PIRT4, etc)
You HAVE to think "short term" as a new player. Buy a stock (or short it) make some $$, and move on. My advice is DO NOT hold or buy ANY movie stock
that is further out than 30 days for NOW.... Why? because you'll tie up your cash, and won't be able to use it to buy other good deals (like openers, etc.)
Sure, these stocks you like may continue to go up over time, but in the meantime, you are left with not much money to buy other stocks - like movies that are opening each week.. Playing openers each week is probably one of the FASTEST ways you can build your port - IF you pick them correctly, but remember - you can also lose $$ if you pick them wrong.
So think about what you are buying... and remember, when your port is small... think "short term gains" and move on.
Star bonds are an excellent way to build your port with guaranteed returns...but be sure you know HOW the star bonds adjust before you invest in them.
Just a couple of thoughts for you to think about.
