OW derivatives question for calulating loss or gain.
Wondering if I have this right. I invest in movie X OW stock at 40. movie makes 42. I earn a profit of $2 a share correct? Heres my real question. Same stock same price of 40. The movie only makes 35. Do I lose my entire investmen? Or just the difference in price? Same type of question for a Call/Put stock. Thanks

First question: your gain is $2. Second question: the OW warrant cashes out at $35, so your loss is $5. Apr 16, 07:20
