Variety: [44INC] Image Entertainment has picked up all U.S. rights to "44 Inch Chest" and plans a theatrical release in early 2010.

The gritty, U.K.-set revenge drama, penned by "Sexy Beast" scribes Louis Mellis and David Scinto, toplines Ray Winstone as a man who discovers his wife is cheating on him. His buddies then kidnap her French lover and hold him captive.
