1) Copy the link into the body as you did.
2) You see that tooblar above the body box, where you can alter the font by bolding it or changing the font size? Over to the right is a smiley face. If you drag/highlight the link text you just pasted in, the two "chain" icons next to the happy face light up. the one on the left, the linked chain is what you want to press with the text highlighted. That brings up a dialog box into which you can repasted the link URL. You can choose the Target to open in the same window or a new window...I think most readers prefer having it open in a new window. Then click insert.
3) you are done! if you need to break the link, highlight it and then hit the "broken chain" icon.
