Does it? Variety and THR gave it positive reviews out of Toronto. Indiewire said Trespass was never screened for buyers.
I think some of the posters here said that was a case of a film that they always intended on keeping in house due to their contract agreements. Not saying it's actually "good", but it certainly doesn't appear so bad that they couldn't have sold it to somebody if they had desired.
